E-mail marketing process
Plan: Precisely defined strategy, offer, audience and creative messaging are captured in a single document called the implementation plan.
Implement: Quality control procedures and audits are executed to provide error-free matching of data, offer and recipient.
Execute: Internal testing and external “seed list” testing are used to assure quality of creative and accuracy of offer/message/targeting. When all approvals are met, Omnicom will blast the campaign to the target list.
Track: Using 24-hour, 48-hour and nine-day reporting, Omnicom measures messages processed, delivered or undelivered, and click-throughs to identify activity among differing segments and offers. We also identify opt-outs to maintain a clean database.
Report: Review of key metrics to determine total response and return on investment.
Revise: Adjust segmentation and/or offer and messaging to optimize future results.
